ISO/IEC 19790 Security Requirements for Cryptographic Modules
The ISO/IEC 19790 Security Requirements for Cryptographic Modules conference will be held online on July 13, 2021.
This one-day virtual conference is presented with the support of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 3, the working group responsible for the development of ISO/IEC 19790, the international standard bringing security requirements for cryptographic modules.
Participants will receive an update on the several standards that build the ecosystem around ISO/IEC 19790, and an overview of the recent activities of the WG 3 working group. Presentations by certification schemes and vendors will provide first-hand experience and expert insights on the application of the standard in a real-world environment. Speakers will highlight upcoming challenges and the likely path for the further evolution of the standard.
Sylvain Guilley, CTO of Secure-IC and lead editor of international standards will give two talks:
- ISO/IEC 17825 Testing Methods for the Mitigation of Non-Invasive Attack Classes Against Cryptographic Modules at 1:50 PM CET
- ISO/IEC 20085 -Test tool requirements and test tool calibration methods for use in testing non-invasive attack mitigation techniques in cryptographic modules at 2:25 PM (CET)
